What steps can be taken to improve the City Manager's performance? <br /> <br />None noted. <br /> <br />Describe anything needing improvement/change/learning so that an even more <br />valuable contribution can be made to the organization and/or community. <br /> <br />I had to dig deep to think of an area where Dennis needs improvement. He could, <br />perhaps, exhibit continued relationship building with the Mayor/City Council and <br />Executive Team. <br /> <br />Executive Manager 3: <br /> <br />I believe Dennis is doing a great job as City Manager; it is a big job and requires a <br />talented individual who understands the city charter and how to mn a "strong city <br />manager" form of government. <br /> <br />He is one of the most dedicated and committed individuals I have worked with. He is <br />very knowledgeable and competent. I believe he always puts the best interests of the city, <br />as his highest priority. <br /> <br />The only feedback I would offer to him is to always keep room in his schedule, to take <br />care of himself and his family. <br /> <br />Executive Manager 4: <br /> <br /> 1.
