I think this has done well during the meetings with new Councilors and Mayor, but has <br />continued. <br /> <br />2. More consulting would be valuable before significant changes like Planning Director are <br />made. <br /> <br />3. I believe there has been a significant amount of change with an eye to making it better. <br /> <br />5. The City Manager has promoted all efforts including joint CEO resolution, forums, etc. Still <br />much more is needed. <br /> <br /> <br />
