Some of the need is met through <br />the multimodal projects that add bicycle and pedestrian facilities; the remainder will be met <br />through the stand-alone bicycle and pedestrian improvements on the Project List. <br />(4) Growth Need from Project Improvements <br />The total facility need required by growth is equal to the planned LOS (from Table B-6) <br />multiplied by the projected increase in population over the planning period (from Table B-5) <br />in 1,000’s. <br /> <br /> <br />Table B-8 shows the existing and growth shares for the stand-alone <br />bicycle and pedestrian improvements by project type. <br /> <br />November 26, 2018, Meeting - Item 4
