motel, convenience market). <br />2.3.1 Administrative Costs <br />Administrative costs are estimated annually and include the periodic and on-going direct <br />and indirect costs associated with complying with the requirements of state law and the <br />costs of processing and administering the SDCs. Additional review fees (e.g., supplemental information permit review fees) may be <br />incurred for additional city staff review time needed when permit plans are changed or new <br />SDC -related information is provided after the initial SDC review has been completed. <br />2.3.2 Maximum Administrative Charge <br />An administrative charge shall not exceed a maximum amount of $30,000.00 for a single <br />permit issued. If multiple permits are issued for different phases of the same development, <br />the maximum administrative charge shall be applied to each permit independently. <br />2.4 Amendment to the SDC Methodology and Fees <br />Amendments to the SDC methodologies shall be made by resolution of the city council except as <br />follows.
