motel, convenience market). 2.3.1 Administrative Costs Administrative costs are estimated annually and include the periodic and on-going direct and indirect costs associated with complying with the requirements of state law and the costs of processing and administering the SDCs. If multiple permits are issued for different phases of the same development, the maximum administrative charge shall be applied to each permit independently. 2.4 Amendment to the SDC Methodology and Fees Amendments to the SDC methodologies shall be made by resolution of the city council except as follows.
