Altogether, these changes result in an <br />increase in Total Bikeway Miles from 257.6 in the December 2001 TransPlan to 257.8 with the <br />proposed amendments avid an increase in Priority Bikeway Miles from 74 in the .December 2001 <br />TransPlan to 75~3 with the proposed amendments. The net change is an increase of .2 Total <br />Bikeway Miles and an increase of 1.3 Priority Bikeway Miles. <br /> <br />The revised roadway and bikeway networks were used to model the effects of the proposed <br />amendments on TransPlan Performance Measures included in Chapter 4 of TransPlan~ All of the <br />measures that are determined by model output show change, but most of the Changes would be <br />considered minon Of the changes shown in the table below only one is to an Alternative <br />Performance Measure approved by the Land Conservation and Development Commission -- <br />Priority Bikeway Miles~ Although the network changes result ~n a 1.3 m~le increase in the 2015 <br />vrfites, no change is proposed to the Alternative Performance Measure.
