<br />In 2007, Bob Murray & Associates conducted the Director of Office of Citizen Complaints on
<br />behalf of the City & County of San Francisco, CA After a national recruitment campaign, we
<br />received a total of 91 resumes for the position. Preliminary intetviews were conducted with 13
<br />candidates, and the Board of Police Cormnissioners' invited 5 candidates to participate in the
<br />final intetview process, occuning over a 2 day period. The Board had Bob Murray & Associates
<br />conduct detailed reference checks and background investigations on the top 2 candidates, which
<br />resulted in the appointment of the current Director of Office of Citizen Complaints, Ms. Joyce
<br />Hicks. TIlls experience and contacts of candidates will be of a significant benefit to the City of
