Also describe the number of other <br />recruitments that the lead on this search will be conunitted to in the same timeframe. <br /> <br />Bob Murray and Associates is known throughout the industry by both clients and candidates <br />alike, as the leading firm in tenns of customer service. We pride ourselves on our <br />responsiveness to clients and candidates and assure the City that you will receive the highest <br />caliber of ' service from every member of our team. <br /> <br />Bob Murray and Associates is a small corporation consisting of seven full time staff members <br />including Bob Murray, President; Regan Williams, Vice President; Jennifer Nitrio-Saleem, <br />Manager; Renee Narloch, Regional Manager of Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic Region; Greta <br />Lawson, Principal Consultant; Amanda Sanders, Senior Consultant; and Amy Gallagher, <br />Executive Assistant. We have two offices, with our primary office located in Roseville, California <br />and a secondary office in Tallahassee, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Regan Williams will serve as the lead on this recruitment, with 1v1s. Greta Lawson assisting <br />him and the City throughout the process. 1v1s. Lawson will assist Mr. Williams with all aspects of <br />the recruitment, but will primarily be involved in steps 2, 3, 6, 8, 9 and 11 listed in # 6 of this <br />proposal. <br /> <br />We work as a team on our recruitments. Therefore, when Mr. Williams or 1v1s. Lawson are not <br />available, there is always an individual in the office who is familiar with the process and available <br />to answer any questions the City or candidates may have. <br /> <br />RE(;~\"1\~ W'I.LLli\fvlS, VIC;E I)I\ESIIJr:'N'f <br /> <br />Mr. Williams brings 30 years of local government experience to Bob Murray and Associates. <br />Most recently, he worked as a private consultant with Deloine and Touche on various public <br />sector assignments a Prior to that, he served as Director of Public Safety with the City of <br />Sunnyvale, CA <br /> <br />Mr. Williams was involved in the development of some of Sunnyvale's most innovative <br />programs and has a national reputation for excellence in law enforcement. He has been <br />responsible for numerous recruitments throughout his career.
