<br /> <br /> Independent Police Auditor’s Office -- 2018 Annual Report 13 <br /> <br /> <br />The 21 allegations of misconduct and 3 allegations of criminal conduct included 48 specific allegations that <br />were adjudicated against 23 EPD employees (one employee resigned before allegations could be adjudicated). <br />In addition, there were three allegations that were dismissed and not adjudicated (see Appendix A). The most <br />common allegations were unsatisfactory performance, truthfulness, and courtesy. Seven of those employees were not sworn law <br />enforcement officers, which means they are subject to the <br />jurisdiction of the Auditor’s Office but not the Civilian Review <br />Board.
