RP felt officers were <br />unprofessional when they responded. <br />Review of body cam showed officers made the correct judgment <br />that no crime had been committed. RP did not respond to calls or <br />texts from the Sgt. <br />7/6/18 8/20/18 44 Inquiry RP was unhappy that EPD would not <br />release a police report. <br />Supervisor reviewed the situation and learned that ORS rules <br />exemption release of reports that have been forwarded to DHS. <br />RP was provided with contact information to DHS and informed <br />that the DA's office could ordered the report released. <br />7/7/18 8/20/18 43 Inquiry RP was upset that officers used his <br />parking lot with lights activated for <br />about 30 minutes. <br />Sgt. learned that the officer was part of a perimeter set up for a <br />hit and run incident.
