INTRODUCTIONS <br /> <br />Those present introduced themselves. Mr. Sullivan explained the several people in attendance <br />had been invited to round out the perspective of the committee for the Request for Qu.alifications <br />(RFQ) process: <br /> <br />. Beth Little, Manager of The Saturday Market and a tenant on Broadway. <br />. Tina Rinaldi, Sllpporter of the Arts in Eugene and in downtown, .V.niversity of Oregon <br />Arts and .A.dmll1istration Program administrator. <br />. Greg McLaughlan, member of the 2000 Do\vntown Vision Committee. <br /> <br />II. ITEMS FROM THE COl\'Il\IlTNITY <br /> <br />Tom Kamis said he recently leased a space do\vnto\vn which he intends to open as a restaurant <br />and bar, and was very interested in the RFQ process. <br /> <br />III. ITEMS FROM COMMITTEE MEMBE-RS <br /> <br />Mr. Prichard displayed inspiration photos of successful redevelopment projects in downtown <br />Corvallis. He explained those projects could not be done. in Eugene under the current codes. <br /> <br />IV.
