Tanks abandoned in place, fuel tanks <br /> <br />The fees for the permits shall be established by the City Manager pursuant to <br />Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />6. Section 109.3 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br /> <br />109.3 Violations penalties. Persons who shall violate a provision of this code or shall <br />fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, <br />alter, repair or do work in violation of the approved construction documents or <br />directive of the fire code official, or of a permit or certificate used under <br />provisions of this code, may be subject to the provisions of Section 2.018 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, in lieu of 109.3.1. <br /> <br />7. Section 109.3 of the OFC is amended by adding subsection 109.3.3 to the OFC, to <br />provide: <br /> <br />109.3.3 <br /> <br />Persons who shall violate a prOVISIon of a permit, Section 105.6, and the <br />applicable self-inspection checklist developed fromthis code and available from <br />the Fire Marshal's Office, shall be subject to a reinspection fee. <br /> <br />The fees for the permit reinspection shall be established by the City Manager <br />pursuant to Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />8.
