Section 109.3 of the OFC is amended to provide: 109.3 Violations penalties. Persons who shall violate a provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair or do work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the fire code official, or of a permit or certificate used under provisions of this code, may be subject to the provisions of Section 2.018 of the Eugene Code, 1971, in lieu of 109.3.1. 7. Section 109.3 of the OFC is amended by adding subsection 109.3.3 to the OFC, to provide: 109.3.3 Persons who shall violate a prOVISIon of a permit, Section 105.6, and the applicable self-inspection checklist developed fromthis code and available from the Fire Marshal's Office, shall be subject to a reinspection fee.
