Section 901.6.2 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br /> <br />901.6.2 Records. Records of all system inspections, tests, and maintenance required by <br />the referenced standards shall be maintained on the premises for a minimum of 3 <br />years and service contractors shall send reports of inspections and tests to the City <br />of Eugene Fire Prevention section within 30 days of performing the inspection <br />and test. <br /> <br />15. Section 2304 of the OFC is amended by adding subsection 2304.3 to the OFC, to <br />provide: <br /> <br />2304.3 Designation of high-piled storage areas. A facility's interior design height that <br />qualifies for high-pile storage use but the responsible party of the facility does not <br />desire to have it designed or used for high-pile storage is required to comply with <br />the following: <br />1. Provide letter to the fire code official stating they will not allow it to be <br />used for high-piled storage. They agree they will upgrade the building to <br />meet high-pile storage requirements when they desire to allow high-pile <br />storage or when the fire department discovers any occupant uses the <br />storage area for high-pile storage. <br />2. As determined by the fire code official an approved permanent marking <br />system limiting and indicating the maximum allowable storage height is <br />required in the storage area. <br /> <br />16. Section 2403.2 of the OFC is amended to provide: <br /> <br />2403.2 Approval required. An operational permit is required to erect or operate a tent or <br />air-supported temporary membrane structure having an area in excess of 1,500 <br />square feet, or a canopy in excess of 2,000 square feet, except for structures used <br />exclusively for camping. <br />EXCEPTIONS: <br />1. Tents used exclusively for recreational camping purposes. <br />2. Fabric canopies open on all sides which comply with all of the following: <br />2.1. Individual canopies having a maximum size of 700 square feet (65 <br />m2). <br />2.2.
