Allocating expenses between recycling and non-recycling customer <br />accounts. <br /> <br />3. Each licensee shall maintain detailed account information separately for solid <br />waste, recyclables, yard debris, commercial food waste, and organics collection including: <br /> <br />a. Number of single-family residential customers listed by service category <br />(i.e., number and size of container); <br /> <br />b. Number of multi-family accounts billed and number of units served listed <br />by service category (i.e., number and size of container(s) and collection frequency); <br /> <br />c. Number of commercial customers listed by service category (i.e., number <br />and size of container(s) (cart or bin) and collection frequency); <br /> <br />d. Number of regular drop box customers listed by service category (i.e., <br />container size and collection frequency); <br /> <br />e. Number of regular compactor customers listed by service category (i.e., <br />container size and collection frequency); <br /> <br />f. Number of temporary drop boxes serviced annually listed by container size; <br /> <br />g. City facilities receiving service listed by name and service category (i.e., <br />number and size of container(s) and collection frequency). <br /> <br />4. Each licensee shall maintain route maps for solid waste, recyclables, yard debris, <br />commercial food waste, and organics collection showing daily routes. <br /> <br />5. Each licensee shall maintain monthly solid waste, recyclables, and organics <br />tonnage information for single-family, multi-family, commercial, and drop box, including location <br />of disposal site or processing site. <br /> <br />6. Each licensee shall store the records for not less than three years. <br /> <br />7. Each licensee shall make available for inspection by the City Manager at any time <br />during normal work hours: <br /> <br />a. All records the licensee is required to maintain under Subsections 1-6 of <br />this Section; and,
