<br />fuel or l ubr~ cati ng of 1, mud, or glass grinding or polishing wastes.
<br />fie} Any wastewater havi ng a pH less than 5.5 or greater than
<br />12.0 or having any other corrosive property capable of causing
<br />damage or hazard to structures, equipment, and/ar personnel of the
<br />city sewerage system.
<br />~ f } Any wastewater containing pol 1 utants which, either alone
<br />or in combination with other pollutants, may injure or interfere
<br />with any wastewater treatment process, consti tuts a hazard to
<br />humans or animals, creates a toxic effect.: in the receiving waters
<br />of the city sewerage system or exceeds any 1 i mi tat i on set forth i n
<br />a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard or any other pretreat-
<br />ment standard.
<br />~g } Any noxious or malodorous liquid, gas or solid which,
<br />either alone or i n combi nati an with other pollutants, i s sufficient
<br />to create a public nuisance or hazard to life or is sufficient to
<br />prevent entry i ntv the city sewerage system for maintenance or
<br />repair.
<br />~ h } Any pollutant which may cause the city sewerage system's
<br />effluent or any other product of the city sewerage system such as
<br />residues, sludges, or scums, to be unsuitable for reclamation and
<br />reuse or to interfere with the reclamation process.
<br />~ i } Any pollutant which wi l 1 cause the city to violate its
<br />NPDES permit.
<br />~j} Any wastewater with objectionable color not removed in
<br />the treatment process, such as, but not limited to, dye wastes and
<br />vegetable tanning solutions .
<br />~ k} Any wastewater havi ng a temperature which wi 11 i nh i bi t
<br />biological activity in the treatment plant or stimulate excessive
<br />biological activity in the city sewerage system, but in no case
<br />wastewater wi th a temperature at the point of discharge into the
<br />city sewerage system which exceeds fi5 degrees C ~ 150 degrees F }
<br />or wi th a temperature which exceeds 4o degrees C ~ l04 degrees F}
<br />at the regional treatment works plant influent.
<br />~ l } Any wastewater containing any radioactive wastes ar i so-
<br />topes of such half life or concentration as may exceed limits
<br />established by the city manager or applicable state or federal
<br />standards .
<br />gym} Any wastewater containing hydrocarbon oil and grease i n
<br />excess of 10o milligrams per liter of solution, or total of 1 and
<br />grease i n excess of 300 mi l l i~grams per 1 i ter of solution, as
<br />determined by analytical procedures performed i n accordance with
<br />CFR Part 13fi or other applicable analytical procedures approved by
<br />the EPA.
<br />~ n } Any unpolluted water, including, but not limited to, non -
<br />contact cooling water, storm water, ground water, roof runoff, or
<br />subsurface drainage.
