See descriptions and map attached. <br />Criterion ~: Demonstrated conformance with a licable State statutes. <br />The TransPlan amendments must conform with applicable State statutes. <br />Findings: <br />1 y I~ecause the TransPlan amendments are consistent with the Metro Plan, which is <br />consistent with ORS Chapter 197 has demonstrated inAttachment Al, the amendments <br />are also consistent with ORS 197. No other State statutes apply. <br />Criterion 3: Demonstrated canforrnance with a licable Statewide Plannin Goals and <br />Administrative Rules. <br />The TransPlan amendments must conform with applicable Statewide Planning Goals and Administrative <br />Rules. <br />Findings: <br />1 ~ The Metro Plan has been acknowledged by the Land Conservation and Development <br />Commission as complying with the Statewide Goals and Oregon Administrative Rules. <br />2y The Gateway Refinement Plan is in conformance with the Metro Plan 4see preceding <br />findings, and is therefore in conformance ,with the Statewide Planning Goals and <br />Oregon Administrative Rules. <br />3) The TransPlan amendments implement the Gateway Refinement Plan, and are therefore <br />in conformance with the Statewide Planning Goals and Oregon Administrative Rules. <br />Z <br />
