Appropriate setback and <br />screening must be considered between Barger ^VCAUC Drive and proposed <br />development within the study area. <br /> <br />~ Require new medium-density residential develoDment in the Barqer- <br />Beltline develooment node area to achieve a minimum density level of 10 <br />dwellinq units oar acre and new hiQh-density residential develooment to <br />achieve a minimum density level of 15 dwellinq units Der acre. If a <br />future citywide code amendment establishes different minimum. density <br />levels than are established in this olan. the levels established in the <br />code will take orecedence. . <br /> <br />10.
