The <br />allowable uses are: Single Family Dwellings, Duplexes, Multi-Family Units, home <br />occupations, and bed and breakfast facilities. <br />Areas Desi Hated for Nei hborhood Commercial. Some houses in the district are <br />now used for commercial purposes. Permitted uses shall allow the conversion of commercial <br />back to residential when it relates to historic residential architecture, including; sin le famil <br />g Y <br />dwellings, duplexes and multi-family urnts. The district has always been characterized by <br />mixed use, and mixed uses shall be encouraged in the future. Permitted uses shall conform <br />to the uses outlined under the residential and commercial use sections and small-scale light- <br />medium industrial uses as permitted in the I-2 District when compatible to the historic <br />character of a property. <br />Areas Desi Hated for Park and D en S ace. Scobert Park is significant for its <br />association with the rural landscape that existed along Blair Boulevard during the historic <br />period. The park shall be retained as a significant landscape feature of the district.
