City <br />staff shall review information on the location and size of all known City-owned facilities (stormwater, <br />wastewater, street lights, etc.) and evaluate for conflicts with current and future improvements. <br />City staff will provide applicable conditions provided by other divisions, including but not limited to; <br />Urban Forestry, Parks and Open Space, and Erosion Prevention. <br />2.01.6 Public Way Permit Approval <br />Upon completion of the review process and acceptance of the plans Utility Coordinator staff shall issue <br />the approved permit as is or with any applicable conditions to the applicant. If additional requirements are <br />a condition of approval the requirements will be outlined in the approved permit and are in addition to the <br />requirements stated herein this document and all referenced or associated documents. <br />2.01.7 Public Way Permit Expiration <br />All Public Way Permits shall be valid for a period not to exceed 180 days from the date approved. Work <br />shall not be performed under an expired permit. Expired permits shall follow the same process as that used <br />for a new permit including any amended criteria current at the time of the latest permit review <br />Public Way Permits that have not expired may qualify for a single 180-day extension. Requests for permit <br />extensions shall be emailed to PWMUtilityPermits@eugene-or.gov, prior to the permit expiration date. <br />An extension request will be reviewed and approved, approved with conditions, or denied. <br />2.01.8 Public Way Permit Fees <br />Permit application fees are due when invoiced monthly by the City and are non-refundable once processed <br />by billing staff. Permit fees are established pursuant to separate administrative orders.
