<br />1. Funding of capital improvement projects to the state highway system approved by <br />the Oregon Department of Transportation, or to other effected transportation <br />facilities. <br />2. Implementation of on~site transportation demand management measures such as <br />.alternative work schedules, bicycle parking, transit passes, etc. approved by the <br />City of Eugene. <br />3. Changes to the perfonnance standards of the affected state highway system by the <br />Oregon Transportation Commission, or to local standards by the Metro partners. <br />4. A combination of the above three options. <br /> <br />Some of the questions not answered here will require additional time or additional <br />infonnation to answer. <br /> <br />The City Council is tentatively scheduled to have a work session on this potential Eugene <br />hospital site on November 28,2005, starting at 5:30 p.m. in the McNutt Room of City <br />Hall.
