<br />Potential City of Eugene Permitting Proeess & Issues for Hospital Siting <br />November 21, 2005 <br /> <br />The following information represents a synopsis of existing land use information for property located on the west side of <br />Delta Highway, on tax lots 304, 305 and 306 of Assessor's Map 17-03..Q7-00, also known as River Ridge Golf Course, owned <br />by River Ridge LLC and Eric and Deborah Jeffries. The information listed below is only applicable to those portions of the <br />property within the current Urban Growth Boundary (DGB). The remaining portions are zoned E-30 Exclusive Farm Use 30- <br />acre minimum and are under Lane County Jurisdiction. <br /> <br />UGB <br /> <br />EXistini!
