The assessable cast <br />listed at the time of the formation of the LID did not include the stormwater and wastewater <br />charges that will be collected later as an "equivalent assessment". Those costs were included in <br />the city costs. The final assessable costs listed below do include the "equivalent assessment" <br />costs. <br />Costs are distributed per City Code 7.175, and as outlined in the Council adopted hearings <br />official minutes, findings and recommendations and resolution forming the LID. Under City of <br />Eugene assessment policy, 29.4°Io percent of the total project improvement costs will be <br />distributed to the abutting property owners with the balance financed by the City.
