LOWE Allen 0

From:
Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject:

Allen Hancock Vmpact@efn.org]
Tuesday, November 08, 2005 11 :59 PM
*Eugene Mayor and City Council
LOWE Allen 0
Infill Guidelines

I have lived in Eugene for nearly 20 years and am dismayed by infill
development that changes the character of the neighborhood. I
strongly support increasing density to reduce sprawl, but that
doesn't mean we have to have large apartment buildings up against
single family homes. I understand that residents of the Chambers
neighborhood worked with the city to develop a plan that has been
approved by the Planning commission that takes these quality of life
issues into consideration. I urge you to support this plan and
consider making it policy for the entire city.

Sincerely,
Allen Hancock
2244 Alder St.
Eugene

1
