The provisions of this <br />section apply to all property 1 ocated within the fol 1 owi ng zoning <br />districts: GO and PE. <br />fib} Permitted,, sign t-ypes. Signs within the general office <br />sign district shad 1~ ~-be 1 imi ted to the following types: <br />~1} Awning signs; <br />~2} Electronic message centers; <br />~3} Freestanding signs; <br />~4} Marquee signs; <br />~5} Readerboards; <br />~fi} Under-marquee signs; and <br />~1} Wall signs. <br />~c} Maximum number of si ns. The number of signs within a <br />general office sign district shall be based on the number of street <br />frontages and shall be 1 imi ted to no mare than the fallowing <br />amounts for each street frontage: <br />~1} One freestanding sign per occupied building; <br />~2} One under-marquee sign per business occupant; and <br />~3} One awning, marquee ar wall sign per business occuW <br />pant. <br />~d} Maximum sin area. 1n addition to all other standards, <br />signs i n the general office sign district shall be subject to the <br />following size limitations: <br />~1} A freestanding sign shall be no more than 32 square <br />feet for one face and fi4 square feet for two or more faces. <br />~2} The sum of the area of all wall signs, marquee signs <br />and awning signs on any wall within this district shall be <br />limited to 0.5 square feet times the length of the perimeter <br />wall upon which the signs are 1 ocated . <br />~3 } No awning, marquee, under-marquee, or wall sign may <br />exceed 100 square feet per face . <br />fie} Maximum hei ht. A freestanding sign shat 1 be no more than <br />eight feet in height. <br />9.1035 Si n Code - General Commercial Si n District. The general com- <br />merc i al sign district i s hereby created and applied to all land <br />within the general commercial sign district as set forth below. Sign limita- <br />ti ons reflect the commercial nature of the area and the amount of vehi cut ar <br />traffic. <br />~a} Corres ondi n zani n districts. Except as otherwise pro- <br />v~ded ~n the shopping center and highway commercial sign districts, <br />the prov i s i an s of this section apply to all property 1 acated wi th i n <br />the following zoning districts: C-1, C-2, or C-4. <br />fib} Permitted sign types.
