(pt) Add a sentence to Implementation Strategy 3.3 on page 50 <br />that reads: <br />3.3 The City of Eugene should establish a local bicycle route through <br />Glenwood which parallels Franklin Boulevard. Its alignment would <br />fallow llth Avenue from Glenwood Boulevard to Henderson, Henderson <br />to 15th Avenue, 15th Avenue to Concord, and along a private alley <br />owned by the Texaco Sunny} Station just south of their build- <br />ings} to Brooklyn. Both Glenwood Boulevard and Brooklyn Avenue <br />have signals at Franklin Boulevard to facilitate north and south <br />movements. If it is not ossible or feasible to use the alle <br />between Concord and Broakl n an alternate route would be Concord <br />tv Franklin. <br />Revision 26. apt} Add anew implementation Strategy 3.4 an page 50 and <br />renumber subsequent implementation strategies: <br />3.4 The Ci t of Eu ene should establish a l ocal bic cl a route south- <br />bound throe h Glenwood: its all nment would follow the local <br />route ro osed under 3.3 above to 17th and Henderson avenues then <br />follow Henderson Avenue south to 19th Avenue 19th Avenue to <br />Nu et Wa and Nu et Wa to the Mcva Hi hwa .
