Legal fees to address suits brought against the city relating to the construction project totaled $41,643.50. This litigation affected the sanitary sewer projects to be constructed in all eight basins in the River Road area, Three of these basins are involved in these assessments therefore three-eighths of that cost or $15,616.31 is included in the assessment calculations far this year.
