7. Based on the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission, public testimony at the Council's hearing of <br />August 14, 1989, and the preceding findings, the Council has <br />determined that the amendments to the River Rvad/Santa Clara <br />Urban Facilities Plan are consistent with the Eugene- <br />Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan, as acknowledged <br />by LCDC, and consequently, conform to applicable Statewide <br />Goals, and should be adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian 1, Based on the above findings, which are <br />hereby adopted, and upon the hearings before the Planning <br />Commission and City Council, the River Road/Santa Clara Urban <br />Facilities Plan as previously adopted by City of Eugene <br />ordinance No. 19471 is hereby amended by incorporating <br />therein the language as set forth in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2, Except as herein amended, all other <br />provisions of the River Road/Santa Clara Urban Facilities <br />Plan remain in full force and effect. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />14th day of Augustr 1989 <br />~G~~ <br />City Re order <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />14th day of Auqust, 1989 <br />Mayor <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
