Based on the above findings, i t appears in the public interest that the Interim Community Development Committee's recommendation be accepted and a permanent Community Development Committee established. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinances No. 19239 and 19272 are hereby repealed, and the Interim Community Development Committee established therein dissolved. Section 2.
