~5} A separate license must be obtained far each location at which <br />the licensed activity is conducted. <br />3.023 Business Licenses - Investi ativn of Licensed Persons and Premises. <br />The city may investigate licensed persons and inspect licensed <br />establishments, vehicles and devices in accordance with law. Licensed <br />vehicles, devices and establishments shall be made available for inspection <br />at reasonable times to determine compliance with provisions of this code. <br />In the event that the city is refused admittance to premises where a licensed <br />establishment, device or vehicle is located, a search warrant may be obtain- <br />ed from the municipal court authorising entry upon the premises to make the <br />inspection. <br />3.025 Business Licenses - A royal of A lication. <br />~~} The city may issue a license upon finding that the applicant <br />has met all requirements of federal, state and county law, this code, and- <br />rules made pursuant to this code. <br />(2} Tf an application fora new or renewed license is approved, <br />the city shall notify the applicant in writing. The notice shall state any <br />conditions placed on the approval and any further requirements the applicant <br />must meet before a license will be issued. <br />3.030 Business Licenses - License Term and Renewal. <br />~1} A license shall be valid from the date of issuance for a <br />period of one year unless otherwise specified in this chapter. <br />~2} An application for renewal of a license shall be submitted to <br />the city at least 60 days prior to its expiration date and shall be accom- <br />panied by the required fee and other required documents. <br />3.035 Business Licenses - Transferability. Licenses issued under this <br />chapter shall not be transferred to any other person except as <br />provided by this chapter. <br />3.040 Business Licenses - Di s 1 ay of License. <br />~~} A license issued for an activity at a fixed place of business <br />shall be displayed at all times on the premises where it can be easily read. <br />~2} A license issued for an activity which is not at a fixed <br />place of business shall be carried at all times by the licensed person while <br />engaged in the activity. Upon request, the licensed person shall Shaw the <br />license to a person with whom he/she is dealing as part of the licensed acti- <br />vity or to an officer of the city. <br />~3} A license fora vehicle shall be carried in the vehicle and <br />the operator shall show the license to an officer of the city upon request. <br />A license issued fora vehicle used to carry passengers for hire shall be <br />displayed at all times within the vehicle where it can be easily read by <br />passengers. <br />3.04 Business Licenses - License Re uirements. 1n addition to any <br />Ordinance - ~9 <br />
