Any commercial establishment <br />privately awned and lawfully present in zones as designated <br />by the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the city. <br />Private club. An individual engaged in the occupation <br />of watching, guarding, or protecting premises, property or persons <br />who does .not carry or have firearms in his or her possession <br />while so employed, except an on-premise agency employe. <br />Merchant olive TII. An individual engaged in the temporary <br />occupation of watching, guarding or protecting premises, property <br />ar persons, who does not have firearms, batons, night sticks, <br />chemical spray or any device for the purpose of subduing or physi~ <br />tally restraining any individual, and who does not work from a <br />vehicle on public roads while so employed.
