Tax Lot 3800, Assessor's Map 17-04-01-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, north and west of River Loop No.1, and more particularly described on Exhibit o attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Brothers Three Enterprise, LLC, C ED 03-18) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. P. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1219 approved August 7, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 22, 2003: A portion of Tax Lot 8000, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-11, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, south of Terra Linda Avenue, north of River Loop No.1, and more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Shapitka, C ED 03- 27) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1225, approved October 2,2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 17, 2003: Tax Lot 5001, Assessor's Map 16-04-35-31, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, south of Beacon Drive East, west of Sedona Drive, north of Springwood Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Newell, C ED 03-43) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R.
