Section 4. Section 6. Section 5.260 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended to ro- p vide: 5.260 Action b Police Officer Parkin Control Officer or Communit Service S ecialist. Whenever a police officer, parking control afficer or community service specialist shall find a motor vehicle arked unattended with t p he ~gn~t~on key in the vehicle in violation of section 5.255, the officer is authorized to remove the key from the vehicle and deliver the key to the person in charge of the police station.
