Exterior storage of other health hazard solids and liquids shall be separated into piles not larger than 2,500 cubic feet. Aisle widths between piles shall be not less than one half the height of the pile or ten feet, whichever is greater. ~c} S ecial Provisions - Breathin A aratus. Where other health hazard solids, liquids, and gases are stored, a minimum of two self-contained breathing apparatus shall be provided. The breathing apparatus shall be suitable far use with the material stared and shall be located near the immediate area of storage in a location that provides safety to those expected to don the appa- ratus. A safe area is one which is not likely to be immediately affected by the release of hazardous material in the area of con- cern. A written Respiratory Protection P1 an, personnel training, equipment inspection and maintenance, and record keeping shall be provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134. EXCEPTION: Storage areas or buildings where storage is con- tinually limited to materials which can be demonstrated to present na respiratory dangers.
