Sectian 82.I09 - Li uefied Petroleum Gas, Bureau of Fire Prevention, The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall inspect a number of liquefied gas installations sufficient to determine whether the provisions of this article are being complied with. Section 82.IIa - Li uefied Petroleum Gas, Utilit Plants. ~a~ No new liquefied petroleum gas utility plant shall be constructed within the limits established by law as limits of the districts in which such plants are prohibited. ~b~ Na person shall maintain or operate a liquefied petroleum gas utility plant without first obtaining from the city a permit to do so. Section 3. The following constitute Appendices II-E and VI-A as adopted by Section 8.I90 of the Eugene Code, 197I, which are to be incorporated therein immediately following Section 8.025: APPENDIX II-E HAZARDOUS MATERIALS MANAGEMENT PLAN HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INVENTORY STATEMENT I. INTENT. This Appendix contains requirements for Hazardous Materials Inventory Statements ~HMIS~ and for Hazardous Materials Management Plans ~HMMP~ which may be required by the Chief pursuant to Article 80, Section 80.I03~d~ and 80.103~e~; The HMIs and HMMP shall be prepared by fire service inspectors with the assistance and cooperation of the facility's owner, manager, or other authorized representative. II. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INVENTORY STATEMENT (HMIs) REQUIREMENTS. A. A separate HMIs shall be prepared for each building including its appurtenant structures and each exterior facility in which hazardous materials are stared. The HMIS shall list by hazard class all hazardous materials stored. The HMIS shall include the following information for each hazardaus material listed. I. Generic chemical name. 2. Common/trade name. 3. Formula or major constituents. 4. UN United Nations}, NA North American}, or EPA Hazardous Waste ID number. 5. Manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet or equivalent cif requested. fi. Maximum quantity stored at any one time and average quantity normally stored on the premises. B.
