from time to time may be submitted by the commission, a copy <br />thereof shall be filed with the finance. officer and a copy <br />shall be kept in the office of the city engineer and in the <br />office of the planning department for the use and information <br />of the general public. <br />3. Effect of Ado tion. Any such plan or plans and <br />amendments thereto adapted by the council shall be considered <br />by the commission and planning director to be a correct <br />designation of the transportation, access and safety needs <br />of the area ar areas included with respect to the streets <br />designated thereon, for the purpose of determining design <br />and location of streets to be required under subsections ~a~ <br />and ~b~ above, unless convincing evidence to the contrary is <br />presented to the commission, . <br />~~~ Width. <br />~a~ generally.
