The addition ofa third southbound lane on Jefferson Street would require removal <br />of 185' of unrestricted parking, the equivalent of nine parking spaces, on the west <br />side of Jefferson Street between 12th and 13th avenues and a six foot widening of <br />Jefferson Street. The area of parking removal is from 115 feet south of 12th <br />Avenue south to 13th. Parking has been previously removed from the remainder <br />of the west side of the block.
