i9zsy <br />the findings of the Hearings Official of April 12, 1984, and <br />finds that construction of sidewalks on both sides of Sorrel Way <br />from Roan Drive to Coburg Road is consistent with the Eugene <br />Sidewalk Program Document and necessary to complete gaps in <br />sidewalks in that area. <br />Section ~. The City Engineer is directed to provide the <br />affected property owners with information as to the location of <br />the sidewalks, the materials required to be used in their construc- <br />tion, and the date by which the construction is to be completed, <br />~n such notice, the affected proeerty owners shall be advised of <br />their right to construct the sidewalks at their own expense at <br />any time prior to May 1, 1985, and notified that if they fail to <br />do so, the City Council will initiate construction through a <br />local improvement project under the provisions of Section 7.16 <br />to ?.27~ of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 3.
