Section 3.025 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: 3.425 Liabi~.ty Insurance Rec~uixed. ~:1} Applicants +~~fvr licenses for which public liability insurance is required according to Column F, section 3.010, shall submit certificates of insurance, with a 30-day notice of canceYlaton clause, to the finance officer prior to the issu- ance of the license. Except as provided in subsection ~2} of this section, public liability insurance shall include limits of coverage of not less than $100,000 per person for bodily in- ~ury, $3o0,00o per occur.~ence for bodi~,y injury, and $50,000 per occurrence for p~aperty damage, and shall be extended to cover completed operations. ~:2} Public liability insurance required for the opera-~ tors of ambulances, first aid vehicles, or invalid or wheel- chair coaches shall be a single limit coverage per occurrence of not less than $500, 000 fvr bodily injury and for property damage, and shall be extended to cover completed operations.
