Section 3.025 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />3.425 Liabi~.ty Insurance Rec~uixed. <br />~:1} Applicants +~~fvr licenses for which public liability <br />insurance is required according to Column F, section 3.010, <br />shall submit certificates of insurance, with a 30-day notice of <br />canceYlaton clause, to the finance officer prior to the issu- <br />ance of the license. Except as provided in subsection ~2} of <br />this section, public liability insurance shall include limits <br />of coverage of not less than $100,000 per person for bodily in- <br />~ury, $3o0,00o per occur.~ence for bodi~,y injury, and $50,000 per <br />occurrence for p~aperty damage, and shall be extended to cover <br />completed operations. <br />~:2} Public liability insurance required for the opera-~ <br />tors of ambulances, first aid vehicles, or invalid or wheel- <br />chair coaches shall be a single limit coverage per occurrence <br />of not less than $500, 000 fvr bodily injury and for property <br />damage, and shall be extended to cover completed operations. <br />Section ~4. section 3.130 of the. ~u~ene ~o~,e, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and p~.ovde: <br />3.130 ~a~ula~~ce - Public Heari~~ ~ ~ on A lication.
