18989 <br />property zoned residentially, interior yards shall be at least <br />20 feet in the I~-1 district and at least 10 feet in M~-l, M-2, <br />and M-3 districts when opposite the residential districts. <br />Section 7. Subparagraph 3, of subsection ~.e} of Section 9.544 <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.544 Yard Exce bons and Permitted Intrusions Inca Re aired <br />V~rr1 c <br />fie} <br />3. In any commercial yr industrial district, <br />except C-l, I-l, and M-1, parking areas or spaces <br />shall be permitted in any required yard. See sec- <br />tion 9.542 ~_2} and ~.3} . } In the I-l district park- <br />ing areas or spaces may be located in required <br />front yards if more than 20 feet from all abutting <br />streets. <br />Section 8. Section 9.546 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by renumbering the present subsection ~2} to ~3} and adding <br />a new subsection ~2} thereto, to read and provide: <br />9.5 6 L o t Area Lot , A r e a,.,.,_P e r Dw ,,,.,.,,. <br />.- ~ ~ ,.,,. ,. ~.~., ~ e l ~. i,n ~_,U,n i t s . <br />~2} In the T-l district, each contiguous area located <br />within an individual area designated "special light industrial" <br />on the Metropolitan Area General Plan Diagram, or area that <br />would be contiguvus~if nat separated by streets, roads, ease- <br />ments, natural features, ar the like, shall conform to the <br />following size requirements, regardless of ownership: <br />~.a} Subsequent to issuance of building permits <br />and initiation of construction of one or two major uses <br />listed in section 9.443 ~_c} to (z} when those uses re- <br />quire, or will ultimately require, far their operation <br />a total of at least 54 contiguous acres: <br />1. Office buildings and complexes: <br />Minimum: Two acres, <br />Maximum: Ten percent of the area <br />zoned I~-1. <br />2. Industrial parks: <br />Minimum: Ten acres, <br />Maximum: None. <br />3.
