Office buildings and complexes: <br />Minimum. Three acres, <br />Maximum: Ten percent of the area <br />zoned I-~.. <br />2. industrial parks: <br />Minimum: Ten acres, <br />Maximum; The lesser of 40 acres or <br />30% of the area zoned I-l. <br />3, other uses listed in section 9.433~c} <br />to ~z} : <br />Minimum; Ten acres, <br />Maximum: None. <br />Section 9. Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />'_ __ , f --Street Parking. Off -street parking shall <br />. 5 Required O f , _...~~..~.,.~_ .,., <br />be provided on the development site for all AG, RA, R-l, <br />C--l, I-1, M-1, M-2, and M--3 zones . In all other zones, the re- <br />quired parking shall be on the development site or within 440 <br />feet of the development site which the parking is required to <br />serve. All required parking must be under the same ownership <br />as the development site served, except through special covenant <br />agreements as approved by the city attorney, which bind the <br />parking to the development site. Off-street parking is not re- <br />quired in the C-3 district, except far dwelli°ng units. In I-1 <br />districts, when practical, off-street parking and loading area s <br />shall be designed to share access to public and private streets, <br />Likewise, contiguous lots in industrial parks shall be designed, <br />when practical, as a group so as to limit access to private and <br />public streets. <br />Section 10. <br />Subparagraph ~_d} of Section 9.586 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended by adding a new subsection 5, thereto. <br />to read and provide: <br />9.586 Parking Space,s.W-Required. <br />~d} Industrial Types <br />5. Industr~.al parks in the I-l district: <br />One f yr each 350 square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br />Section ll.
