Office buildings and complexes: Minimum. Three acres, Maximum: Ten percent of the area zoned I-~.. 2. industrial parks: Minimum: Ten acres, Maximum; The lesser of 40 acres or 30% of the area zoned I-l. 3, other uses listed in section 9.433~c} to ~z} : Minimum; Ten acres, Maximum: None. Section 9. Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: '_ __ , f --Street Parking. Off -street parking shall . 5 Required O f , _...~~..~.,.~_ .,., be provided on the development site for all AG, RA, R-l, C--l, I-1, M-1, M-2, and M--3 zones . In all other zones, the re- quired parking shall be on the development site or within 440 feet of the development site which the parking is required to serve. All required parking must be under the same ownership as the development site served, except through special covenant agreements as approved by the city attorney, which bind the parking to the development site. Off-street parking is not re- quired in the C-3 district, except far dwelli°ng units. In I-1 districts, when practical, off-street parking and loading area s shall be designed to share access to public and private streets, Likewise, contiguous lots in industrial parks shall be designed, when practical, as a group so as to limit access to private and public streets. Section 10.
