The plans and specifications sub- mitted must be complete and shall show, among other details, the following: ~a} Size of wares and conduit for main ser- vices and approximate vocation in the building of its service equipment and meter. fib} fain service layout, size, number of main switches and similar information. ~c~ I~ocatign ~f d~.str~,but~,on panels and size of branch circuits and condua,t feeding distribution cabinets. ~~} Circuits feeding from distribution panels, size of wires fox' each circuit, size and number of wires in each conduit and the load of each circuit, ~e~ ~,ocation of ~i~ed electrical equipment loads with wattage or horsepower. ~.f} Location of~individual controls, switches and .similar information. ~.g} A key to the symbols used shall accompany all plans. If mains, feeders, branch circuits and distribution panels are shown on the plans, it is de- suable that they be designated by letters or numbers. ~7} Permit Fees. Permit fees shall be as established by resolution of the council.. ~S} Permit d~eni~als. Failure on the part of any licensee to correct any defect, error or deficiency in any work within 15 calendar days after notification thereof in writing, or such further time as may upon request be prescribed, shall automatically and without further notice stop the issuance of .permits to the licensee until the corrections have been made, inspected and approved. The electrical inspector shall be promptly notified upon correction of any defect, error or de_ ficiency. The electrical, inspector is without discretion in the application of the above rules unless request is made for further time within 15 days after notification of any defect, error or deficiency. Section 10. Section 5.130 of the Euge~,e Code, 191, a~s hereby amended to provide: 8.130 Electrical Board. ~l} Creation. There is hereby created an electrical board. The board shah consist of three members: an electri- cal contractor, an electrical eng~,neer and a journeyman elec-~ trician. Board members shall be nominated by the mayor and shall be appointed by .the council. The electrical inspector shall be an e.~ officio member of and shall act as secretary to the board. ordinance - 5
