<br />Commissioner Handy asked about references to the Lane County Boundary Commission <br />in the Metro Plan. Lisa explained that the City of Eugene has dealt with that in its <br />annexation ordinances. <br /> <br />Commissioner Handy asked about a special area zone to deal with River Road/Santa <br />Clara. <br /> <br />Greg noted that when municipal authority for annexations returned to the city, it trumps <br />the Metro Plan language but should deal with references to the Boundary Commission <br />with Metro Plan housekeeping.
