R. Kineaid for e~neellation of assessment again.st Lot ~, <br />Block l, Kincaid Addition, on account of paving of Thirteenth Avenue was referred <br />to the Judiciary Com~.ittee. <br /> <br /> Motion was made and seconded that a warrant be drawn on the Road & Street <br />Bb]nd for $1.08 to relmburse~ the United States National Bank for loss by discount <br />of Springfield warrant deposited by City Treasurer ~s cash. The ~yes and nays were <br />called;. CounCilmen voting aye Johnson, Parks, McMurphey, Bell and Beytien, nay none, <br /> <br />absent Bogue, Devereaux and Goodpasture. Motion was declared carried and <br /> <br />so ordered. <br /> <br /> <br />
