Spencer and considered February 8th and ~t that time continued for consideration until this meeting~ a motion was made and seconded that the Council finds and determines that each and all of the objections made to the said viewer.~, report are hereby determined by the Council to be untenable and no% proper and valid objections to said report, and that the s~ne be denied, and _ .. that the Council now finds that said rcport is fair and reasonable and just, and that the Council now finds that said report is fair and reasonable and just, and the same is hereby adopted by the Com. mon Council, and the City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare an Ordinance embodyiug and adopting said report of viewers Motion carried. Motion was made, seconded and carried directing the City Attorney and Inspector of Buildings to compel all property ovmers to comply with Ordinances of the City in the matte~ of connecting premises to sewers with full authority to enforce the same. The Police Conuaittee recommended against ttxe granting of permission to park automobiles on West Eighth Avenue between Willamette and Olive Streets. ! Motion was made, seconded and carried that the Street Co~missioner furnish the Street Cm~ittee with a list of those who have failed to construct sidewalks, after proper notice, and that the Street Committee and City Attorney take the necessary steps to compel the building of suct~ walks.
