FEBRUARY 15, 1915. <br /> <br />Attorney prepare ~n Ordinance embodying and adopting said report. ~,.,iotion <br /> <br />carri ed. <br /> <br />the matter_of the opening and extension of Fourth Avenue V/est from <br /> <br />Blair Boulevard to the ' '. <br /> . ~est line of ~!er Street if produced North in tt~e City <br /> <br />of Pugene, tills report havir~ been considered on February 8th and continued for <br /> <br />hearing until this time, objections were called for and no objections tmard at <br /> <br />this tinm, and no further objections having been filed other than the objections <br /> <br />filed by Clara B. Spencer and considered February 8th and ~t that time continued <br /> <br />for consideration until this meeting~ a motion was made and seconded that the <br />Council finds and determines that each and all of the objections made to the <br />said viewer.~, report are hereby determined by the Council to be untenable and <br /> <br />no% proper and valid objections to said report, and that the s~ne be denied, and _ .. <br /> <br />that the Council now finds that said rcport is fair and reasonable and just, and <br /> <br />that the Council now finds that said report is fair and reasonable and just, and <br /> <br />the same is hereby adopted by the Com. mon Council, and the City Attorney is hereby <br /> <br />directed to prepare an Ordinance embodyiug and adopting said report of viewers <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion was made, seconded and carried directing the City Attorney and <br /> <br />Inspector of Buildings to compel all property ovmers to comply with Ordinances of <br /> <br />the City in the matte~ of connecting premises to sewers with full authority to <br /> <br />enforce the same. <br /> <br /> The Police Conuaittee recommended against ttxe granting of permission to <br /> <br />park automobiles on West Eighth Avenue between Willamette and Olive Streets. <br /> <br /> ! <br /> <br /> Motion was made, seconded and carried that the Street Co~missioner <br /> <br />furnish the Street Cm~ittee with a list of those who have failed to construct <br /> <br />sidewalks, after proper notice, and that the Street Committee and City Attorney <br /> <br />take the necessary steps to compel the building of suct~ walks. <br /> <br />I~otion was made,, seconded and carried that the Council adjourn to meet <br /> <br />~(onday }~arch 1, 1915, at 7;.30 °'clock P. M. <br /> <br /> <br />
