The Ordinance was declared passed and <br />numbered ~1815. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for the improvement of the alley <br />between 8th & 9th Avenues from Olive to Charnelton Streets was read the first <br />time and laid over. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to amend Rule l, of Section 8, of Ordinance No. 1786, <br />relating to public mankets was read ~and passed its second and third reading~ <br />by title under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final passage. <br />Councilmen voting aye 5, n~y none, absent Polders, Mosher and Goodpasture. <br />The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered #1816. <br /> <br /> Plat of Ru?~hs Addition to the City was referred to the Street Committee <br />and ~ity Attorney. <br /> <br /> Plat and data relating to the determinmtion of permanent width of <br />streets, parkiru~s and sidewalks throug~out the ~ity, as prepared by the ~ity <br />Engineer, were referred to the Street Committee and Engineer. <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman parks, seconded and carried, it was directed <br />that the owners of the Haas property on West Eighth Street be allowed to build <br />a wooden sidewalk about 200 feet in length; it appearing that the match'iai <br />for said walk w~ ordered and contract let for the construction of said <br />walk before the cement district Ordinance was passed. <br /> <br /> <br />
