120 <br /> <br /> Acc~nulation of rain water on Norttl Lawrence and Clark Streets was <br />referred to the Street Co~ittee with power to act. <br /> <br /> Co~unication of J. M. },~orris relating to construction of cement <br />sidewalk and requesting privilege of the Bancroft Act was referred to the <br />Street Com~.~lttee and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Notion was made, seconded and carried that the Council adjourn to <br />meet November 29, 191~, at 7:30 o'clock P. ~L <br /> <br /> Council Chambers, Eugene, Oregon, November 29, !915. <br /> <br /> Council met pursugnt to adjournment of November 22nd, and was called <br /> <br />to order by ~ayor Bell. Present Councilmen Parks, Polders, Peterson, Devereaux, <br />Goodpasture and Quimby; absent Koppe and Nosher. <br /> <br /> Request of Bangs bivery Co. to moire repairs to the building at South- <br />east corner of Ninth and Pearl Streets, d~maged by fire, was referred to the <br />Fire & Water Committee With power to act. <br /> <br /> Report of the 1~ire & '¢I~ter Committee recommending the granting of <br />petition to H. J. Reynolds to make alterations on the building at Sixth & Olive <br />Streets wgs on motion adopted. <br /> <br /> Resolution was offered proposing to transfer the various improvement bond <br />funds into an improvement bond sinking fxmd and improvement bond interest fund <br />and the same was l~id over. <br /> <br /> Bill for the fingl pgyment to the Clark & Henery Construction Co. for <br />Alder Street paving for the sum of $1565.01 on the Paving Intersection Fund and <br />$501k5.25 on the Ordinance #1V53 Paving ~mprovement Fund was presented, and a <br />motion was made and seconded that same be ~llowed and warrants drawn in payment <br />of same. The ayes and nays were called; Councilmen voting aye Parks, Polders, <br />Peterson, Devereaux, Goodpasture and Quimby, nay none, absent Koppe and ~osher. <br />Notion was declared carried and so ordered. <br /> <br /> <br />
