Motion was made, seconded and carried that the Mayor and Recorder enter into a contract with J. D. Baker providing for a refund to Mr. Baker from tile City of $122.73 charged to him in connection with the Alder Street Assessments, at such time in the future as Twenty-third Avenue is opened east from Alder Street. The matter of renting the Thirteenth Street hose house was referred to the Fire & W~ter Com~.~ittee with power to act.
