Pipes ~o be <br />all~ed $120.00 costs in ornamental lamp post s~it, reconu~ending that if the <br /> <br />judgment and costs can be collected same should be paid to the City and if ~. <br />Pipes has any elalm the bill should be presented in the ordinary way. On <br /> <br />motion the report was adopted. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer in the <br />alley between Fourth and Fifth Avenues from a point opposite the northwest cot- <br /> <br />ne~ of Lot 5, Block k, Walters & Seiffert's Addition, to the tr~mk sewer on Polk. <br />Street was read the second time and objections called for and none heard. <br /> <br />The Ordinance passed its third reading by title under suspension of the rule by <br /> <br />unanimous consent of the Council and was placed upon its final passage. <br /> <br />Cmmeilmen voting aye 8' nay none.
