An Ordinance adopting and approving the plans and specifications of <br />the City Engineer for the construction of a sewer to be laid in the alley <br />between Washington and Jefferson Streets from 1Wth Avenue to the manhole on <br />Washington Street between 12th and 13th Avenues was read and passed its second <br />and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent <br />and was placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye 7, nay none, <br />absent Devereaux. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered #1870. <br /> <br /> Motion was made and seconded that the Street Commissioner be authorized <br />to have a scarifier made for use in grading the streets. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Motion was made, seconded and carried that the Council adjourn to <br /> <br />meet October 2, lgl6, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br /> <br />
