Bell, <br /> <br /> I{ayor. <br /> <br />Council Chambers, Eugene, Oregon, October 13, 1916. <br /> <br />Council was called to order by I{ayor Bell in special session. <br /> <br />Present Councilmen Polders, ?eterson, ~osher, Quimby and GOodpasture; absent <br /> <br />Parks, Koppe and Devereaux. <br /> <br />The purpose 8f the meeting was read as above set forth. <br /> <br /> }~{otion was made, seconded and carried that the Council finds and <br />determines that the bid of K. L. Hall for the re-construction of the sewer <br /> <br />on Cheshire Avenue from the ~l!ey between Lawrence and Washington Streets <br />to Jefferson Street is the lowest and best bid, and that the Council award the <br />contract for said sewer to him in accordance with his bid, a~t the ~ayor anti <br />Recorder siam the s~e, and that checks be ret~m-ned to unsuccessful bidders. <br /> <br /> On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />City Recorder. <br /> <br /> <br />
