City Recorder. <br /> <br />due on Armory Bonds on the Interest on Bond & Warrant Debt Fund, and for the su~ <br />of ~1520 due on Series "N" Bonds on Improvement Bond Interest Fund was recommend- <br />ed for payment by the ~'inance Committee, and a motion was ms~le and seconded that <br />warrants be drawn therefor. ']:he ayes and nays were called; Councilmen voting <br />aye 7, nay none, absent Devereaux~. I~otion was declared carried and so ordered. <br /> <br /> Councilman ~osher stated that two posts for the lights at the entrance of <br /> <br />the City Hall Building will cost about $~W.00. On motion the matter was referred <br /> <br />to the Building Committee with power to act. <br /> <br /> City ~gineer Forneri reported an over assessment of $1.17 against ~(ary J. <br />Gates property for the construction of a sewer between Willamette and Oak Streets, <br />assessed November 18, 190~, and a motion was made, seconded and carried directing <br />the cancellation of this amount on the Lien Docket. <br /> <br /> The question of enacting' an Ordinance providing for the dL~.ming of auto- <br />mobile lights was referred to t, he Judiciary Co~nittee and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
