On motion the matter was referred <br /> <br />to the Building Committee with power to act. <br /> <br /> City ~gineer Forneri reported an over assessment of $1.17 against ~(ary J. <br />Gates property for the construction of a sewer between Willamette and Oak Streets, <br />assessed November 18, 190~, and a motion was made, seconded and carried directing <br />the cancellation of this amount on the Lien Docket. <br /> <br /> The question of enacting' an Ordinance providing for the dL~.ming of auto- <br />mobile lights was referred to t, he Judiciary Co~nittee and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
